Parlypay and its payment processing partners, including Stripe, are relieved of any liability for losses or damages arising from:

(a) User negligence, carelessness, or failure to adhere to applicable terms and conditions while using the platform.

(b) Errors or omissions made by users, including but not limited to inaccuracies in transaction details, failure to provide correct customer information, or mishandling of payments. Neither Parlypay nor its payment partners will be held liable for such errors.

(c) Any failure to comply with laws, regulations, or obligations related to your business operations, including providing goods or services to your customers, managing charitable donations, offering refunds, handling consumer complaints, issuing receipts, registering your legal entity, or fulfilling any other legal or contractual requirements.

(d) Issues arising from the acts or omissions of third-party platforms connected to your account, including any failure to deliver services or comply with their terms.

(e) Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond Parlypay’s control, including but not limited to technical errors, system outages, or acts of nature.

This disclaimer is supplementary to, and does not limit, the provisions outlined in agreements with Parlypay or its payment partners, including the Stripe Services Agreement.

Business Transfers:
